The countdown to the biggest football tournament in the world has begun, and we've waited four years! Just to help kickstart the Word Cup soccer festival that is about to take the world by storm, I have compiled a list of 15 interesting facts about this year’s Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup to be hosted by Russia. 1. Russia was given the rights to host the FIFA World Cup for the very first time in its history. This historical moment took place on December 2, 2010. The matches will kick off on June 14, 2018 with the finals taking place on July 15, 2018. 2. This will be Russia’s 11 th  appearance in the World Cup. 3. Russia’s highest ever finish in the FIFA World Cup is the 4 th  position in the 1966 World Cup. 4. This will be the first FIFA World Cup to be hosted in Europe since 2006 and the first time ever a World Cup is hosted in Eastern Europe. 5. Will Nithyananda say yes to Bigg Boss 2?

   After creating an impression like no other reality show has on Kannada television, Kannada Bigg Boss is back for its second season this month, albeit on a different channel.

     But now its a time for prediction of the contestants of this season. One of the tentative contestant for this season is Swamy Nithyananda. "Howdu Swamy!", As the the line of Bigg Boss this time there is a news that Swamy Nithyananda will participate in this season. Will he say yes! to this?


     Swami Nithyananda, the godman who gained notoriety after alleged leaked sex tapes of him and actress Ranjitha hit the media, has been someone whose life has drawn a lot of curiosity. While he had a following in India and abroad, these controversies have also made him a popular person discussed on social media platforms.

     While he didn't take the bait when the Hindi version of Bigg Boss approached him last year, it looks like the Kannada version is keen on trying their luck now. This time around, speculations are rife that the newer channel, Suvarna, which will air the second season of the reality show, is trying all ways to rope in A-listers. Considering the controversial image of Nithyananda, they're keen on getting someone like him, who has a wider appeal, as opposed to more locally relevant names.

    Nithyananda's English discourses are also a rage on social media, because of his unique way of rendering them, as well as his language. It is now to be seen whether he will accept this offer the second time around, despite the fact that the Kannada show is much smaller in its reach as opposed to a nationally popular Hindi version. Only time will tell...
